R3/6- CROATIAN BELLE

Kicked off her career with a pair of wins before contesting a rich race at the Gold Coast where she didn’t figure. She was found to have issues post that race, so she can be forgiven for the run. She has had time off and has been trialled well leading into this return.

R4/4- CABOCHE

Recently returned after a long lay off and has been building up fitness through this prep. He is 4th up now which is where he usually starts to peak in fitness with a record of 3:1-0-2. Up in trip today suits as well, expecting to see some of his best form from now on in.

R6/2- NORTHERN BARRAGE (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

No knock of the short price fave Queen Air in this race, but happy for a small play of NORTHERN BARRAGE who can at least give a good run for money. His last race was better than it looks on paper, he made some serious ground up late to only finish 3.5L off the winner who is a sharp horse. He goes up in distance today which will definitely suit.

R8/5- MUNHAMEK (BEST OF DAY)

Has found a strong run of form now winning 2 in a row. The way he won his last set start was very impressive when he ran away from them early before letting up in the line to cruise in. He has a super record over the 1600m and is in super form, should prove hard to beat again.
