R6/1 - FIRST IMMORTAL

• Has been having a big prep this stayer having won 3 of his last 5 starts including 2 wins here at the Flemington track in his past 3. He is in some serious form and the way he has been running out then 2000m I feel he shouldn’t have an issue with the 2500m. Blake Shinn to ride also looks a big positive.

R7/4 - NICOLINI VITO (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

• Looks a good chance to run a race at a price here today. He resumes today and is generally a good 1st up performer with a (4:2-0-2) record when running 1st up. He is also a winner over this track/trip and looks drawn well out wider for this straight race. Expecting a good showing 1st up.

R8/7- JIMMY THE BEAR (BEST OF DAY)

• He has been around the mark with out a win this prep but looks a chance to peak now 4th up. He drops sharply in weight for this today and gets a senior jockey back on top which may be a positive move. Blinkers also go on here, he looks well set for this.
