• He has been in super form since resuming, boasting 2 wins and a 3rd in 3 runs this prep. The rise to the 1400m looks like it will really suit him, he has been slow away which is the small risk given he is drawn inside and may bet caught on the rails. But he gets in well here at the weights and is going well. If he sees clear running space in the straight he will be there late.

• Produced a huge run here at Flemington last start when she gave nothing else a chance over the 2600m trip. Goes up to the 2800m here today, she should have no trouble getting this trip. She is in super form and goes well here on this track.
