An SA visitor who has good form from strong races during the SA Group1 carnival. 2 starts back she was 3rd at listed level behind I’MLOVIN’YA and then last start, she was down the field a little at Group2 level but only 4.6L behind the winner who went on to win a Group1. She may have had an issue that day so may improve off that run, has trialled well prior to this run and if she handles the straight she will be around the mark

R6/4- GREY RIVER (BEST OF DAY)

Another SA a visitor and she looks very well placed for this today. She has put the writing on the wall in her last few starts in stronger grades. She was 5th at Group2 level 2 starts back and then ran 2nd in a Group3 last run. She draws well to get a good run, looks a good type capable down in grade today.

R9/2- TREPORTI

A Flemington straight track specialist who goes well here on this track. Drawn out wide which may be the prime position by this part of the day, especially if it is a wet day. He is coming into this off the back of a freshen up and has been trialling well. With the inform claiming apprentice, the ideal race map and strong trial form, all suggests he will put in a strong performance
