R4/3- DISAGREEABLE MISS
Drops in class today after running well at listed level last start. She won over this track and distance the start prior to that. Draws a nice barrier and with a speedster just outside here she can get a good run just in the speed and be finishing off strongly.
R7/9- VINTAGE FOLLY (EW/VALUE OF DAY)
On debut for a new stable today. Her first prep was good, she managed a win and then a 0.3L 2nd placing behind a runner who had a SA carnival which included a Group 1 start. She is currently at a price of $7/$2.45 so the EW price is there. She should find herself forward and be amongst the finish.

R2/1- PORTRAY
Going for race experience in this 2yo race, there has been support for a debutant but that does come with risk. Not only has PORTRAY have race experience but he is also the only runner in this to have won a race. He should be on the speed which will be the right spot to be here today.
R3/7- VITTORIOSA
Expect VITTORIOSA to get an ideal run for her style here today. She draws barrier one and is the likely leader. Her recent form has been on the heavy surfaces, so expecting she can improve here on a good surface now. She should be fit enough to run this out and if she gets it soft up front she will be hard to catch.
R5/1- SAUNTER BOY
Don’t profess to be much of a jumper specialist, but I am a big fan of SAUNTER BOY. He is as tough as they come and gives his all which you want in a runner. Got up off the floor in the last start win at Warrnambool. Won this race last year and has a big weight, but has a huge ticker.
R8/5- JUCCONI (BEST OF DAY)
Has barely put a foot wrong in his lightly raced career having never missed the quinella. He was in a winning position here last start but didn’t manage to reel the winner in. Has more distance to work with today and returns on to a good surface which he should appreciate.
