Ran a very good race when he made his debut at Murray Bridge recently. It was a pretty handy 2YO race where he was 3rd behind the likes of KALASEC & WALK LIKE AN ANGEL who has come out since and won a Saturday Class 1 at Morphettville in good fashion. PROVEN CORRECT was making up a huge amount of ground in quick time late so rising up to the 1100m today suits amd this isnt an overly strong maiden field he meets today.

R4/1- TOYETIC (VALUE OF DAY)

A proven stayer who will be at a good level of fitness now this prep. He will drop back down in grade to a BM58 here which is an easier level than any other race he has run in this prep. A good advantage he has here today is his record here at Gawler, he has won 3 of his 6 career runs here on this track and even better has a 3:2-0-1 record over this same track/trip. Nichola Yuen will help bring him back down in the weights with a 3kg claim and she did ride him impressivley earlier this prep when winning at Bordertown.

R6/4- SIXFOOTONE

Dropping in grade today coming out of running in metro level BM64s in his past 2 races to today competing at BM58 level. He was well supported last start when jumping as fave and prior to that finished only 1L behing JACKS ON ICE who has subsequently gone on to win another race since them. SIXFOOTONE will likely push forwards from barrier 5 and Todd Pannell should get a good run and can potentially dictate this race from the good barrier.
