She was a big improver last start when rising in trip and running into the placings for the 1st time. She did get help up quite badly in the straight before finding space and finishing off strongly. She will relish rising again in trio and if she can avoid trouble, she looks the clear one to beat.

R4/8- CHARLESFORT

Has placed in both runs since coming to SA. He has found himself in good positions in both of those races and they were tougher level maiden races. He should find this an easier level today, is drawn in barrier 2 so he gets the perfect race map and should be in the best part of the field. Has looked close a win and this appears to be his best chance.

R7/2- EAGLELOU (BEST OF DAY)

2nd up here today and expecting she can be a big improver for that. She half missed the kick when resuming and found herself much further back in the field than what she is used to. She then found space late and hit the line really well, so suggesting she will appreciate an extra 200m here today as well as the extra fitness
