R1/5- ROCKEBY ROAD

• Won well last start when rising up in trip to the 2400m last start. He defeated a horse called HANDSHAKE by 2L at Bendigo and HANDSHAKE has since come out and run impressively with a win at Warnambool Monday. ROCKEBY ROAD is proven at the distance and looks good value while the fave can mix his form.

R8/4- SANDPAPER (BEST)

• Had no luck late when resuming at Moonee Valley last start when stuck midfield coming around the turn and being held up. It was a forgivable run and he comes into this 2nd up now. His 2nd up record is super (3:2-1-0). Expect he will be better suited here on a bigger track.

R9/6- VON HAUKE

• Was a good winner 2 starts back when defeating the well rated HELIX. He has then stepped up to Listed level and run on well at that level. He drops back in class here today, and goes up in trip, expected that will really suit.
