• I’M A DEXSTAR produced a really good effort last start to win 2 on the trot. The run he produced suggests that he may be able to continue to progress through the grades. He takes a step up here today but looks a good chance given he will carry a light weight and maps well from barrier 2. If he can produce a similar run to last start he will be competitive here.

R7/7- ARUGAMAMA (BEST OF DAY)

• ARUGAMAMA has been having a super prep this time in work. She went on a streak recently when winning 3 in a row and then she went to Flemington and nearly pinched that race with a strong effort late. The form out of that race has been franked with the 2nd horse winning last weekend. ARUGAMAMA has always showed good talent and she looks well placed here.
