R1/2- QUEMAN

An in form speedy type, QUEMAN resumed with a win 1st up and has since had a trial between runs where he smashed the field by 16L or so. So he is officially 2nd up today, where he has won 2/2 starts 2nd up. He also has shown a liking to the parks track previously, having never missed the top 2 on this track (3:1-2-0).

R2/6- ARUGAMAMA

Dropping in grade today, in her last start she was 5th in The John Letts Cup, which is a listed level race, she today competes in a BM66 and definitely meets much easier opposition. She goes up in trip to the 1950m too, which looks ideal now after the way she has hit the line in her last few starts, looks her day today.

R6/2- PRESS DOWN (BEST OF DAY)

2nd up here today, he ran 2nd when resuming behind in from runner SGHRIPPA. SGHRIPPA came out last week and won again very well, franking that form line now. This race doesn’t look any tougher than that 1st up run and he was a winner 2nd up last prep. Maps to get a good run from barrier 2 and he will get every possible here today.

R8/4- NASHO (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

2 starts back, NASHO ran 2nd in a 3YO race at Morphettville, some of these 3YO races this season are proving to be very good form references and that race is proving no different. NASHO ext went down in grade and won his maiden in impressive fashion. He maps really well here from barrier 1 with majority of others with early speed drawn out wide so they may need to work to get across and find a position. If he gets a soft run he should be around the mark late, at his current price, we can be heavier the place but with luck he is still a winning chance at a price.
