R6/1- HARBOURING

He will carry a huge weight, even after the apprentice claim. But think he is tough enough to handle it. He runs well here at the track and was only 1.5L off the top weight in the cup last start. He is the best horse in the race, just need to handle the weight.

R7/1- GRINZINGER STAR

Another who will have to carry a heavy weight, but he has proven he is capable of carrying it. Has a (5:3-1-1) record here at the track while the fave and main danger hasn’t ran here on the dirt before, so i think that can be a key advantage.

R5/11- ELARSKI

Like the fact she is 3rd up and rising in distance here today. Think she has the fitness to be seeing this expected tough run out. She is proven in heavy conditions and should be figuring late.

R6/5- FIRST DIVISION

The drop in class last start proved to work when she won nicely. That was a very similar race to what she finds here today. Again on a heavy track, she draws a low barrier and she won’t carry any extra weight. If she runs up to the last start, there should be no reason she can’t win again.
