R5/1- MIDNIGHT BRAWLER

• Ran on really well last time here to only loose in a photo to the race fave GRINZINGER ALLE. He drops down in trip back to the 1750m which is much more suitable. Has a record of 3:2-0-0 when over this track/trip and those were recent wins prior to his Cup run here. Draws a low barrier, will race on speed and gets a good 3kg weight swing on the fave today.

R6/2- CALL ME HERBIE

• Drops back in grade slightly here today after running on strongly to finish off last start. He was the strongest through the line last run and the rise up to the 1350m here today which looks much more suitable and expect he can push more forwards and be in a strong position.

R7/2- CLASSY BANNER

• Just couldn’t catch a smart one here last start loosing by only 0.1L. He has had his foot on the till placing in his last 3 starts and looks ready to win. Map there to be plenty of speed in this race which should set him up nicely to run over the top of them late.
