R2/7- EXTRATWO

Won in super fashion last start at Kyneton when on debut for the new stable. This is a step up for her now, but she has a lot in her favour including a low barrier which should help her find a leading position, and she gets in very light at the weights after the 3kg claim from the apprentice. She might find a bit more pressure up the front here today, but she looks a nice type going forwards.

R8/1- FIRST ACCUSED (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

Ran a big race last start in The Wangoom to finish 4th which was a stronger race than this. He is proven on a wet track and maps to get a good run up on the speed from a low barrier. He is at decent odds and should be able to at least give the placings a big shake from a position at the front of the pack.

R9/9- DAYTONA BAY (BEST OF DAY)

Has some strong recent form lines following him into this race today. He defeated the well fancied ALTIVO last start at Flemington and prior to that he was 3rd behind GLOBE. While he finished behind NORMANDY BRIDGE in that race 2 starts back, I like him on top for this given he will handle a wet track and will push forwards from a low barrier and be hard to catch with a light weight on his back.
