Willing to risk the favourite in this race who is making his debut here today on what looks like it will be a very wet track and with only trial form. Like LE ZEBRA at a big price who we have seen at the races before, he will push himself forwards in running which you would expect to be the best place to be in running and his breeding suggests he will handle a wet track.

R4/4- BLESS HER

Another short price runner in this race who I am willing to risk, I’m not sure UNFLINCHING will appreciate a really wet track if we get to that point here today, granted he is a class horse who will lead them up and control the race, but a very short price. BLESS HER is at her best on tracks that are very wet, so feel conditions are in her favour here today and she is 2:1-1-0 over this track/distance. She was 2.8L behind the inform JIGSAW last start and that is strong form for this.

R5/5- CAP DE JOIE (BEST OF DAY)

The stable of CAP DE JOIE opt for this race here today over a run at Morphettville. She went down at a short price last start at Geelong but her recent form has still been very strong. The wet conditions will suit her, she is undefeated over the 1600m and Mark Zahra is booked for the ride. All big positives for her chances today and she has been backed early in markets.

R6/2- DASHING

DASHING looks over due a win having placed in his last 3 starts all by less than 0.3L. This looks his best chance in what you would probably assume is an easier field than what he has come up against in his last few. He has a lot of options here from barrier 1, expecting he will push slightly forwards and just sit behind the leaders giving him every chance late.
