• Had some horror luck when he was 2nd up in the last start. He is a proven stayer so should be fit enough for the trip. Only query will be how does he go on a wet track.

R4/7- SUGGESTIVE MISS (BEST OF DAY)

• Dropping back in grade here today. She comes out of a stronger race where she presented, and looked in a winning position in the straight before dying on her run and getting run over the top of. She will be fitter for being 3rd up here today and she maps to get a soft run which will help late.

R5/9- POLLYANNA (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

• Her recent form isnt much to be desired, but in an open race we are getting good EW odds for a runner who has won in the heavy conditions and is a winner at this track. She is 3rd up so expecting she can improve and she should be every chance to get a soft run from barrier 3

• He is as short as you would probably want at even money, but he does look very hard to beat here. She was 3L off them at listed level last start and had won 3 starts before that. 2:2-0-0 on a heavy track and drawn an inside barrier, he looks well placed

R7/3- HIGH EMOCEAN

• Has a super record at this trip (4:3-1-0) and has performed well previously on heavy tracks. His recent form is around runners who will compete in The Melbourne Cup. Believe he is a chance to run in it as well with a strong performance here. He looks to have a class edge today
