R1/7- MALINONG CLUB

• Drops in grade from her last start, she was a bit unlucky in that run but was still finishing off the race well once she was clear. She has finished off well over the 1600m in her past 2 runs so this rise looks suitable.

R5/1- VALAROC (BEST OF DAY)

• Came up against a sharp field last start and now finds something suitable today. He is on his home track which suits and Maps for a perfect sit behind the expected leaders. Rates highly in this field and should be hard to beat if he finds the run.

R7/9- ITS A SHAME (EW/VALUE OF THE DAY)

• Open race so there is hopefully some value in this. The resuming ITS A SHAME is at big odds but looks really well placed. He is 2:1-1-0 here at the track which can be an important stat here at the Strath track. He has placed twice when resuming and think if he can run up to that form, the current $4.40 a place looks a good bet. Only knock is he will be back in the field so needs to find space for a run late.
